The 237th winner of the St Leger, held on Saturday 14th September 2013 over 1 mile 6 furlongs and 132 yards of Town Moor, was Leading Light, a bay colt by Monjeu out of Dance Parade, owned by Derrick Smith, Mrs Sue Magnier and Michael Tabor. A field of 11 runners contested the race which was worth £340,260. (Equivalent to £367,500 in 2017)
